Carrie Rackard is the oldest of 5 kids.

“It was me, and my a few brothers came ideal soon after,” Rackard claimed.

Rackard’s prayers had been ultimately answered when she was 17, when her youthful sister was born.

“Because of our age variation, when we would go out, people would consider she was my baby,” Rackard claimed. “She and my oldest daughter are also two decades aside.”
